Employer will also accept a Masters in Interaction Design, Visual Design, or any related design discipline and 2 years of experience as a product designer, visual designer, interaction designer, UX designer or similar with specific experience in digital and application design, branding, and software.br br Ability to telecommute five times per week. The ability to telecommute was disclosed in all recruitment and notices.br br Specific skillsbr 2 years of designing principles, as well as user experience, interaction and visual design best practices and standards branding, typography, layout, iconography, and color aesthetics. 2 years with Sketch, Adobe CC, and other design tools to generate design assets for software. 2 years of experience in collecting and using design feedback from customers. Background in leading a team on at least 3 projects including concept ideation, prototyping and customer testing, and final design implementation demonstrating a range of work and personal aesthetic.br br None of these skills can be acquired in a reasonable period of onthejob training.
