Primary Requirementbr br Must have Bachelors degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; Must have 5 years of work experience in the job offered or related position; Must have 5 years of work experience in the following Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues on medical devices; electricalelectronic, mechanical, and optical Systems level training; installing, maintaining, and repairing medical device equipment; working with crossfunctional and global teams; working with networked products and installing medical devices in networked environments; remote Troubleshooting using phone and remote desktop tools TeamViewer, LogMeIn, etc.; creation of Technical Documentation including installation instructions, system verification procedure, troubleshooting guides; and performing technical training including creation of training content and delivering the training.br br Up to 10 travel required to visit customer sites and attend Alcon meetings.br br Alternative Requirementbr br Must have Masters degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
