Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, and five 5 years of postbachelor, progressive, related work experience.br br Must have five 5 years of experience withinbr br Practical roadway design inside of a build environment with projects valued at over 250 million;br Managing roadway, drainage, structures, and pavement design teams and subconsultants on designbuild and P3 projects;br Reviewing drawings and performing quantity measurements used to develop project budgets;br Identifying conflicts in engineering designs and developing solutions;br Negotiating technical terms with key stakeholders leading to project contract execution;br Overseeing multidisciplinary teams to produce project plans that comply with technical requirements;br Designing plans, baseline schedules, permit approvals, and contractual requirements; andbr Using CAD andor Design Software, including MicroStation, InRoads, GEOPAK, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Procure, or Primavera P6.br br Must have or be eligible to obtain a Texas state Professional Engineer PE license.br br Up to 10 domestic travel required.
