Masters degree or equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or closely related role. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or closely related role.br br Experience must include the followingbr Proven solid ability with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Projects;br Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization;br Ability to demonstrate complete understanding of general accounting business processes;br Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems;br Intermediate level of knowledge of SQL;br Proven project management and communication skills including detailed project plans and comprehensive status reports;br Proven ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously;br Proven track record delivering complex software solutions;br Proven ability to facilitate and lead meetings with cross functional attendees to discuss requirements, solutions and delivery strategies;br Worked on customized application bolt on solutions to the seeded Oracle EBS ERP application;br Comprehensive knowledge of the Oracle Enterprise Business Suite EBS 12.x application including table structures, workflow configurations and seeded financial modules such as GL, fixed assets and cash management; andbr Ability to explain technical solutions to accountants and train them to use the recently developed solution.
