Masters or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Enterprise Architecture or related field plus 8 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors or equivalent in Computer Science or related filed plus 12 years of relevant experience or a Ph.D. in Computer Science plus 5 years of relevant experience.br br Must have Experience in developing architectural best practices, methodologies and frameworks and then evangelizing them with delivery teams; ability to take a broad, strategic, enterprisewide view of technology along with the ability to oversee tactical delivery of specific initiatives; ability to develop an Enterprise Architecture strategy around the business areas of Concept to Market, Campaign to Contract, Usage to Payment, and Problem to Solution; experience in enterprise security and IT risk management; knowledge of the latest transformational trends in the Information Technology space; strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with people at all levels; proven ability working effectively with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams; and solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Financial Force, Customer Communities, Employee Communities etc.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
