Must have a Masters Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics or International Economics. Must have three years of investment analysis experience. The three years of experience must include experience with private equity transactions; deal screening; detailed business due diligence and industry analysis; financial modeling; investment committee documentation; deal execution acquisition and exit and financing; working with both financial and operating professionals within the firm; working closely within management of portfolio companies on operating and strategic initiatives associated with the implementation of the Operating Agenda developed by deal team for the investment; evaluating and monitoring the ongoing performance of portfolio company investments; analysis of key business attributes and performance drivers, review and analysis of financial data, conduct industry research and analysis of drivers and key trends, due diligence, model and forecast financial performance in companies, and involvements in financial markets including assist on various financial transactions. Must travel 30 domestically and internationally.
