Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering and Engineering Mechanics and two 2 years of experience in the job offered or two 2 years of experience in maintaining a high level with management, quantitative analysis, particularly under tight time constraints; providing inhouse expertise and leadership on specific technologies and engineering principles while working with and leading different levels of both technical and administrative personnel; analyzing complex issues and guiding solutions to challenging issues within a team within their function, business unit and technical discipline, using standard operating proceduresmethodologies as a basis and defining new procedures and methods; performing various analytic tasks to support strategy, business financial planning, operations and execution of projects; and independently evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or expertise.
