Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Environmental Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering, and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience leading the project management, design management, budget, schedule management, cost control, value engineering, quality assurance, risk management, operational planning, constructability reviews, HSE, security management, contract administration, claims assessment, Operational Readiness, and Airport Transition ORAT and program support services; overseeing installation of airport specific systems including, passenger boarding bridges PBB, baggage handling system BHS, automatic screening lanes ASL, exit lane breach control ELBC, advances, visual docking guidance systems AVDGS, and Access Control System ACS; and planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
