Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering Management or Civil Engineering and six 6 months of experience in the job offered or six 6 months of experience assisting in the preconstruction phase of a construction project lifecycle which includes quantity take offs and estimation; coordinating with the Project Manager on site to prepare scopes for different trades by detailed understanding of the blue prints; managing buyouts, prepare bid levelling; creating RFIs and RFPs and transferring vital information between consultants and subcontractors; attending design meetings and ownership meetings, maintain meeting minutes and records to track the progress of the project and provide weekly reports to the Project Manager; maintaining monthly anticipated cost reports; and updating information as new contracts are executed.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
