Requires Bachelors Degreeforeign equivalent degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT degree. Requires 5 years of experience working as part of an IT Team managing information technology and systems. Requires 5 years of experience in leading, managing, or supervising a group of IT professionals as a team lead, project manager, or managing supervisor. Requires 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure solution design and operational support for Microsoft Windows server, VMWare, Unix, Linux, Storage, and Backup. Requires ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management with 5 years experience utilizing the framework. Requires 2 years of experience with performance monitoring and tuning in VMWare, NetApp, and Windows environments To include security. Requires 2 years background in configuring TCPIP, DNS and other network services that are required in an enterprise environment. Up to 10 travel is expected in this position, National and International.
