This position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, plus 8 years of experience as an IT Security and IT Infrastructure Program Manager or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1 Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning systems e.g. SAP, MAPICS and iScala to perform financial management activities; 2 Information Security, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture to propose, recommend, or identify improvement opportunities or potential projects for these departments; 3 Utilizing IT Security and Compliance Frameworks to add, review or validate IT security functional and technical requirements for projects; 4 Utilizing CA PPM for portfolio financial management, program and project benefit realization, annual idea intake process, and reporting quality assurance project data; 5 Utilizing CA PPM to report project, program, and portfolio status and progress on regular basis to multiple audiences; 6 Utilizing project management methodologies and best practices to design new deliverables for the IT PMO community; 7 Utilizing resource allocation tools to performance capacity planning for department andor team resources on monthly basis; and 8 Utilizing process mapping tools to create new processes or update existing processes
