Must have experience directing the fiscal and financial functions of the corporation inbr accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; cost principles andbr regulations regarding government oversight of programs; and in accordance withbr financial management techniques and practices appropriate for an Educationalbr Institutionbr Must possess strong supervisory, management, and problemsolving skills, and abr proven ability to generate financial management reports for executive management andbr Board of Directors BOD.br Must have at least seven 7 years experience working in finance or similar role.br Must have experience in fundraising and raising capital.br Must have deep connections in Armenian community and be able to fundraise in thisbr community for expansion.br Must have experience with working with Armenian banksbr Experience working as CFO or other executive level position is preferred.
