PhD or foreign academic equivalent in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field of study with an academic or industrial background in i providing technical leadership in tasks that include design of experiments DOE, analysis of data, simulations, design of sampling plans, and problem solving; ii performing data analysis utilizing programming and statistical computing programs such as R, JMP, SAS and Minitab; and iii developing webbased applications to automate the data description, analysis, and inference processes utilizing R Shiny.
