Masters degree or foreign academic equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Bioengineering, or a highly related field of study Will accept a Bachelors degree in the aforementioned fields with at least five 5 years of related experience in lieu of a Masters degree each education alternative with at least one 1 year of related experience in i supporting the development of highprofile strategic initiatives within the organization e.g. defining novel operating models, accelerating drug development and operationalization to bring innovative medicines to patients by managing crossfunctional enterprisewide initiatives, ad hoc analytic approaches, prior business acumen and pharma operational experience; ii translating strategic vision into action by effectively managing implementation of large initiatives within a complex matrixed organization through launching novel change management programs; and iii evaluating specific KPIs to measure performance of the strategic initiatives using tools such as MS Office Suite, synthesizing insights from internal and external stakeholder interviews, and developing new frameworks to inform decision making and planning using prior experience and business acumen.
