Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer ScienceTechnology, Engineering, or in a closely related technicalengineering field of study with at least 2 years of professional experience in i Developing testing and evaluation procedures for the effectiveness of training programs and providing recommendations for improvement; ii researching and proposing effective learning solutions, supplies and technology to develop and implement improved service training strategies and training programs; iii maintaining and managing the quality process and records for training, including User Certification, Training Curriculum, and Training Feedback; iv planning different types of training materials, including eLearning, videos, presentations, and guides, to encourage learning and set up hardware and software infrastructure to enable handson practice in lesson plans; v planning and prioritizing course content based on training needs and ensure adherence to the software development life cycle SDLC and its principles, including planning, analysis, design, develop, testing and integration, and maintenance; vi using softwarebased authoring tools and computerbased applications and technologies to create highquality digital content for enhanced learning and set up required infrastructure for creating simulated training environment; vii designing product demonstrations for instructorled and selfpaced offline demonstrations; viii determining training methodologies and assigning optimal training models, including instructorled, eLearning, onthejob, simulation, audiovisual combination, coaching, mentoring, roleplaying, Blended Learning model, andor Adult Learning Methodologies; ix coordinating and delivering projects and training aid development by creating and maintaining project plans project backlog, active projects, tasks, priorities, delegation, milestones, etc.; x tracking and reporting on customer centric feedback, metrics, and data using Microsoft Excel, Power BI andor Microsoft PowerPoint; xi driving people development and professional growth with direct reports; and xii Up to 25 travel required.
