Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field and 6 years of experience in the position offered or 6 years of experience performing engineering of integrated controls and safety systems as well as implementing Asset Management, Historians, Alarm management and subsystems using Fieldbus, Profibus, HART, Modbus TCP and OPCDA UA technologies. Also requires 6 years of experience leading industrial automation projects for oil gas, chemicals, and petrochemicals industries; utilizing digitalization and the Agile project execution models for industrial automation; leading design and engineering of run time virtualization and cybersecurity solutions in the process automation industry; developing standardized ICSS tool kit for customers; leading infrastructure initiatives and managing integrated system test labs; managing global initiatives in the domain of industrial automation related to test and validation of new products and technology launches; performing business development activities; and driving digital transformation in industrial automation space using technologies. Must possess Cloud fundamental certification from AWS, GCP or Microsoft Azure. Employee reports to office in Houston, TX. Position may work from home but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
