Requires a bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in robotics engineering, industrial engineering or a related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or 4 years of experience designing automaton solutions, estimating cost, and developing automation products and projects. Also requires 4 years of experience providing onsite support for automation projects including configuration, commissioning, startup and customer service. Requires 3 years of experience working on projects with interdisciplinary and multinationality teams and industrial customers; developing proposals for automation solutions; performing QMS implementation processes and utilizing ISO 9001 certification; configuring PLC and programing in IEC 61131; managing communications protocols including Modbus Serial, Modbus TCP, ProfiNet, EthernetIP, and DeviceNet; configuring HMI and process panels for automation projects; applying functional safety management principles; utilizing robot simulations tools, designing with AutoCad and performing risk review assessments, SAP project management and business finance follow up; and performing project management including using MS Project Professional for Product Roadmap, Resources Management and Time and cost Tracking and utilizing agile management methods for product development. Requires 1 year of experience performing medical device development following ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 Quality System Regulation and Good Manufacturing Practice for Medical Devices.
