Experience is required and must include the following Leading Charity programs in support of corporate outreach activities Identifying people and communities in need of help and assessing their needs, situations, strengths, and support networks; Researching, referring, and advocating for community resources to assist and improve communities wellbeing; Implementing, developing and training employees on the ISO 9001 Quality Management System; Developing Annual Training Plans for the organization and target communities, Developing training materials in line with corporate training plans, Identifying qualified training providers to achieve external training needs; Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, Screening resumes, Performing inperson and phone interviews with candidates, Performing reference and background checks, and Making recommendations to hiring managers. Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
