Developing supply chain outsource control policies for ISO 9001. Writing internal supply chain process documents and creating new supplier onboarding documentation including supplier profile questionnaire, supplier audit template, supplier code of conduct, capital equipment approval documentation, and supplier commodity code classifications for the categorization of suppliers. Utilizing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Sage to create new suppliers, write purchase orders, categorize supplier details, and execute on sourcing objectives. Creating pivot tables and analyzing data using VLOOKUPs for data extracted from the ERP system to assess supplier spend metrics, and adherence to commodity strategies.
