Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our loved one’s healthcare team, including physicians, psychologists, and sleep specialists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary team to share information, discuss treatment progress, and address any emerging needs or concerns, promoting continuity and effectiveness of care delivery.
Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess our loved one’s sleep patterns, mental health symptoms, and treatment progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and identify areas for adjustment or modification. Use standardized assessment tools, sleep diaries, and patient feedback to monitor changes in sleep quality, mood, and functioning, ensuring our loved one receives the most appropriate and personalized care.
