Requirements: Services must be available round the clock, 7 days a week, to ensure patients have access to care whenever they need it. This includes day shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts. 2. Holistic Care Approach: In addition to addressing physical symptoms, our program will emphasize holistic care, addressing the emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients and their families. This may include counseling, spiritual support, and assistance with advance care planning. 3. Coordination with Healthcare Providers: You will work closely with the patient’s primary care physician, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive support.
