Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation. Full term of experience must include hands on experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Adobe AEM, Marketo Marketing Automation, SAP eCommerce, and Contact center management; defining and documenting business requirements, process reengineering and data analysismapping; business partnership, stakeholder management; and supporting and deriving business value through technology implementation. Must possess 5 years in the following hiring, managing, mentoring and developing high performing leaders; Enterprise Solution Architecture experience working within Digital Commercial, Customer and API enablement domains; CMS Content Management System; CRM Customer Relationship Management; Digital Commerce and Customer Engagement; and Project management experience with Agile methodology. Must possess 3 years of experience in two or more Information Technology, Engineering or Business functional areas, including Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Business Strategy or Process Engineering; with leadership communication and executive presence. Must possess 1 year of experience in the following defining technology strategy for commercial and customer excellence functions; and leading global teams. Up to 10 international and domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two times per week
