1. LEED AP BDC certification required.br 2. OSHA Certificate for Construction required.br br 3 years of experience in construction management in multiple states, including 1 year on multifamily and 1 year on commercial construction.br Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of construction projects throughout the entire life cycle.br Demonstrated experience in working with city building departments, school district and utility departments to obtain occupancy certificates and all necessary permits.br Demonstrated ability and experience in tracking, managing, controlling, forecasting, and adjusting budget for construction projects; must have experience with managing multifamily projects with at least 200 units.br Experienced in reviewing contract drawing, specification, architectural and engineer designs, and proficient with AutoCAD.br Knowledgeable and familiar with zoning, various permit and certification requirements including demolition permit, grading permit, HVAC permit, electrical permit, plumbing permit, sewer permit, fire sprinkler permit, fire alarm permit, public work permit, encroachment permit, and LEED certification.br Must be proficient and experienced with various software essential to the construction management, including Procore, Viewpoint, and Plangrid.br Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience coordinating stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and local jurisdictions to ensure ontime completion.br Willingness to travel domestically for site visits, construction observation, attending training courses, and business meetings, if requested.br Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.br Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
