5 years of experience with Bloomberg, Excel, AdvantageData, PowerPoint and Word; banking and capital markets; international capital markets and the dynamics that drive debt fundraising, including cost of funding by industry and pricing dynamics specific to each borrower; hedging mechanisms for issuers and working with product partners in pitching appropriate trades; experience in the following sectors automotive and original equipment manufacturers OEMs, captive finance companies, insurance, and technology particularly data management; experience in legal processes associated with bringing a transaction to market, including conducting due diligence on behalf of the firm and ensuring documentation packages are completed, including comfort letters and offering memoranda; and experience utilizing the work processes associated with new issue workflow, including legal and compliance consideration, onboarding, including KYC Know Your Client, Syndicate, and transaction management. Qualified applicant must hold Series 63 and 79 licenses. Must be available to travel domestically and internationally up to 30 of the time.
