Masters degree in design and commercialization engineering or related field, plus 2 years of experience in a pediatric related job or 2 years in a related position. Knowledge of principles of design ergonomics, biomechanics, mechanical and electrical systems, material sciences and life sciences. Knowledge of 3D CAD software, microcontrollers, electronics, mechatronic systems, design prototyping and manufacturing processes. Understanding of functional capabilities of people and disabilities. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education or experience.
