Must have Early Childhood Education Training Certification 90 hrs. Must have VA DL and clean driving record.br Please note that the answer to C.5 should be zero 0 but the system will not accept less than 1.br As this is a private household with no employees the answer to I.e.25 is appropriately marked NA as no notice of filing was needed.
