Requires a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field.br br Position requires 10 years of post bachelors progressive engineering experience including extensive work in consultancy, which must include some experience in each of the following skills Environmental remediation of organics and inorganics, including perchlorate; Supporting environmental litigation including cost estimating and development of technical presentation material for mediationnegotiation; Managing projects involving multiple operating units, multiple stakeholders, various impacted media and contaminants, and potential or ongoing litigation, within Federal and State environmental regulations including CERCLA and RCRA; Producing written deliverables suitable for client and regulatory agency submission, including work and remedial action plans, investigation reports, feasibility assessments, monitoring reports, and performance evaluation reports; Serving as technical lead with client management responsibility on remediationbr projects with direct responsibility for advising on project strategy, developing and implementing complex project scopes, budget management and tracking, preparing proposals with scopes of work in excess of 100K USD, leading and staffing project teams, and project execution; and In situ contaminant fate and transport and remediation, including fractured rock environments, bioremediation, DNAPL, or in situ chemical oxidationreduction.
