PhD degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related quantitative field and two years of research or work experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of research or work experience in the following skills private consulting, government, or academic research; use of program evaluation, forecasting, time series, panel data, and high dimensional problems; and use of Matlab, R, SAS or Stata.
