Requires a Masters Degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Network and Computer Systems Administration, or Computer Hardware Engineering and five 5 years of experience in the job offered or five 5 years of experience conducting all aspects of project development life cycle such as business analysis, development, deployment and testing; developing and debugging applications using Oracle 11gR2, PLSQL programming, VB.NET, C#.NET, ADO.NET, Telerik Rad Controls, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX; preparing and documenting database scripts and providing the application database support for the eDiscovery operations and backend updates which could be bulk in number; performing system impact analysis to meet the project requirements that have been assigned and participate in all project meetings and submit status of the development for all assigned tasks; identifying system requirements and preparing detailed technical design documents; developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
