Position Requires a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, paper engineering or a related field and 10 years of experience manufacturing industrial wipers and Hand wipe products; ensuring safety, quality and technical production standards are met in the industrial orbr cleanroom manufacturing environment; assessing systems and processes and providing technical expertise and advice to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements EPA, FDA, CE; managing stakeholder relationships by providing regular updates with key commercial and functional directors and managers to gather their input or alignment; and facilitating semiannual design for manufacturability workshops and collaborating with regional category product managers, Life Cycle Management, millbr engineering team leaders, and operations team leaders to identify opportunities to optimize products for manufacturability. Also requires 2 years of experience managing technology projects in APAC and LAO; leading strategy across the global supply chain; and developing capital plans for strategic OEE and capacity expansion investments opportunities by leveraging network demand vs. supply planning assessment, collaborating with manufacturing strategist, mill engineering team leaders and operationsbr team leaders, regional manufacturing liaisons and capital engineering.
