Will accept a 3 or 4year Bachelors degree.br br Experience must include 12 months of experience in each of the followingbr 1. Supporting Video Conferencing and Audio Conferencing, Audio Mixing and Room Audio Tuning;br 2. Echo Cancelling, Video and Graphics Technologies, including projection, switching and formatting, Video Recording and Camera Operation, and Video Streaming;br 3. WebCast and collaborative tools such as BlueJeans, Zoom, and Web RTC products;br 4. Troubleshooting for Mac, Linux, Windows, as related to Video Conferencing;br 5. Cisco teleconferencing hardware, WebEx, H.323 protocols, SIP, and Multipoint Control Units;br 6. Maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco teleconferencing infrastructure hardware, Cisco VCSVCSE, CUCM as well as server maintenance and VMWare;br 7. Working with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation;br 8. Working with changing needs, infrastructure, and evolving business processes;br 9. Working and communicating with the user community, interpreting issues, understanding requirements, and deploying solutions;br 10. Working with crossfunctional teams including functional leads; andbr 11. Working with executive high touch support.
