Employer will accept a Masters degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a supply chainrelated occupation.br br Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the followingbr br 1. Analytical experience and demonstrated experience influencing and guiding teams to deliver results;br 2. Improving supply chain and supplier performance, including the use of cost models and objectivebased performance measures in the semiconductorASIC commodity;br 3. Contracts, contract negotiations, and contract strategy development and execution;br 4. Working with and influencing executivelevel partners;br 5. Understanding product requirements, and analyzing market intelligence and supplier roadmaps to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals; andbr 6. Leading supplier relationship management by providing continuous feedback through business reviews, executive alignment meetings, etc.
