Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Math, Science, Technology, Business, Industrial Management or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or 3 years of related experience in developing oil and gas solutions.br br Position also requires experience inbr br Develop and maintain an active product portfolio utilizing performance documentation, cutter performance, product characteristics, cost, and offset documentation.br Create rock strength and rock type interpretation from available software and from analyzing formation evaluation logs.br Perform IADC Dull Grading on drill bit cutting structures and create comparisons to determine suitable drill bits for drilling applications.br Utilize drilling data log, downhole data, and plotting software to identify drilling vibrations and describe fundamental vibration modes and mitigation steps.br Utilize BHA software to and knowledge of drilling tools to optimize drilling performance.br Utilize drilling hydraulics software to iterate and determine optimum assemblies for drilling based on fluid types utilized.br Knowledge of Fixed Cutter and Roller Cone drill bit products with ability to describe differences in features related to performance.br br Travel required domestically 25.
