Must have work experience inbr 1. PET recycling sortation, grinding, washline, decontamination and solidstate polymerization, PET preform injection molding, PET extrusion and PET thermoforming;br 2. Managing multimillion dollar capital equipment and operational budgets to support the launch and expansion of a new business, including mass balance and other support functions;br 3. Directing and managing the sales growth strategy and marketing for injection molding, extrusion sheet and plastic thermoforming and recycled products;br 4. Building complex cost models for the value streams using financialbusiness acumen to establish an effective pricing strategy for product lines;br 5. Directing and integrating a recycling, washline, decontamination andor plastic packaging manufacturing operation;br 6. Working with Krones recycling and decontamination equipment, plastic manufacturing with Husky PET preform injection molding equipment, Welex extrusion equipment and Lyle thermoforming equipment; andbr 7. Product development and toolmold design and associated processes in a plastics manufacturing setting.
