Progressive, postbachelors experience is required 3 years with Masters, 5 years with Bachelors which must include some experience in each of the following skills Scrum and Agile software development methodologies; Managing web application development; Business requirements gathering using Microsoft Visio, Lucid charts; Issue tracking tools JIRA, Redmine; Technical project management using JIRA and Confluence; Microsoft Office Suite, Windows computing environments; Visual Basic, Python; and Version control systems GIT, SVN.
