HAE Innovations is looking for a Electrical Engineer with a Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in Electronics Engineering or a related Engineering field, 5 years of progressive experience in Python and CC software development of AS, NAS, GTP, SIP, EVS CODEC, RTP, SCTP, RANAP, RUA, HNBAP, IUUP, NAS, RRC, RRM, PDCP, MAC, RLC, HTTPHTTPS, TCP, UDP, ICMP, ARP communications protocols to develop primary functions such as 3G Handover, LTE Handover Events, Cell selectionreselection, 3G and LTE SIB messages in LINUX, UNIX, KVM, and ESXI environments.br br Job may require some travel in the US with expenses paid by employer.
