MILLER CHEVALIER CHARTERED – $225,118.00/Year

In addition to the JD from a US ABAaccredited law school, the Senior Associate must hold a valid DC Bar membership license and either a Bachelors Degree in Law from a university in China or have passed the Chinese National Judicial Exam. The Senior Associate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney with government and internal investigations, whitecollar defense, andor litigation and a minimum of 2 years of experience working on legal matters in an international law firm in China. Finally, the Senior Associate must possess professional fluency in English and Chinese writing, reading, and speaking. The Senior Associate will travel internationally approximately once or twice per year for up to 3 to 4 weeks each trip.
