Requires at least a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or foreign equivalent and two 2 years summer and allseason tire development experience to include two 2 years with the following Project Management; utilizing DFMEA Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis; tire development experience for OEM customers; RD cost planning; maintaining CSR Customer Specific Requirements; data analysis using Microsoft Excel; and utilizing tire characteristic simulation tools.
