Cont. from H.11 conduct construction administration including reviewing, responding, and coordinating with the contractors on RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and site visits; maintain log of all RFIs and Submittals including date received, date returned and status of unreturned requests utilizing FDI, CA Database or other approved software; assist in the selection, consideration, and review of materials for use on projects; conduct building information modeling BIM using Revit to develop BIM process workflow for largescale projects though all project phases, integrating multiple models together, and resolving coordination conflicts with multiple architectural and consultants models; assist the project architect with conducting site visits and prepare meeting minutes, field observation reports, final inspections, project closeout, including punch lists, and record drawings; review and prepare certificates of substantial completion, occupancy, and final completion; participate with internal practice technology committee in design, test, and implementation of new software and workflows to advance use of design and documentation tools; assist the sustainable design group and work in conjunction with sustainable design leadership in the continued improvement and development of highperformance design to maintain and improve the quality and consistency of design environment and deliverables.br br Requires Bachelor of Architecture 5 year or foreign equivalent plus 2 years of experience to include assisting in predesignplanning through all design phases and construction for healthcare projects, including renovation, remodeling, and addition; participating in new groundup projects and work on space planning, programming, and site planning; researching on regulations, zoninglocal and building codes to ensure projects meet requisite compliance to them; producing space organization diagrams and functional concept plans indicating appropriate adjacencies within and among departments in an inpatient hospital, ambulatory care, and medical office buildings; producing key room diagrams, including, operating room, procedure rooms, imaging rooms, emergency exam consultation rooms, patient units, hospital administration, physician offices, research, pharmacy, and lab for review with the clients and architectural project team to ensure correct space and quantity assumptions which meet all requirements for use in full life cycle departmental and hospital medical planning; assisting in site surveyanalysis for existing code deficiencies, planning research to formulate corrective measures for remodel renovation for Behavioral Health Projects; meeting with clients, representatives for presentations, analysis of goals and needs, developing programmed space spreadsheets, room data sheets, adjacency diagrams, and preparing final Developed Project Program document; participating in renovation and addition projects doing site survey of existing conditions requiring site photography, code research, base drawings, and diagrams and documenting as built measurements; coordinating with and representing the firm to obtain approvals from clients, state and local agencies having jurisdiction over projects, including researching code compliance for life safety and constructability of technical healthcare, clinical lab environments under applicable federal, state or local codes and regulations as they relate to institutional occupancies for healthcare facilities such as Texas Department of License and Regulations TDLR, and Texas Accessibility Standards TAS, Regulations by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations JCAHO, NYS Office of Mental Health guidelines, International Building Code IBC, FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Healthcare Facilities, 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and National Fire Protection Agency 101 Life Safety Code NFPA99; Cont. in K.
