Requires a masters or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the position offered or 3 years of experience performing power transformer design. Also requires 3 years of experience designing with CREO and 3D modeling; conducting simulations and finite element analysis; and interfacing internally with customers using mechanical engineering practices to meet detailed specifications and resolve issues. In lieu of a masters degree and 3 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a bachelors degree in aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated. Requires 2 years of experience providing mechanical engineering design within manufacturing organization; and applying IEEE and ANSI standards. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
