The qualified candidate must have a Masters degree, or higher, or foreign equivalent degree in Construction Management, Engineering Management, Civil Engineering or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 2 years 24 months of experience in commercial construction with low and midrise buildings. The qualified candidate must have at least 2 years 24 months of experience with all the following a generating RFIs Requests for Information and tracking approvals; b monitoring and maintaining shop drawing logs and shop drawing coordination; c implementing project dimensional control requirements and field verifying dimensions; d coordinating and tracking vendor and subcontractor deliveries; e completing Punchlist inspections, recording Punchlist items, and monitoring completion of Punchlist work; f utilizing knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing; g working with city and jurisdictional permit inspection processes; h coordinating MEPFP and architecturalstructural clashes using the BIM model; and i utilizing following toolstechnologiessoftware Procore, Textura, Nexus, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks. All experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept candidates with any suitable combination of education and experience as described in H4 to H10, above.
