Experience with payment analysis and design by collecting and reviewing field data collected by staff engineers, preforming analysis of the data and develop pavement design using AASHTO 1993, Pavement ME, FWD, GPR, DCP, Visual survey.br 2. Experience with pavement management programs and systems by collecting and reviewing field data collected by staff engineers, carrying out analysis using multiple budget and condition scenarios as per project requirement as well as preparing reports and presenting results to clients.br 3. Experience reviewing field reports prepared by staff specialists and providing guidance to office and field personnel.br 4. Experience assisting in the development of project scope, writing proposals, participating in project interviews, and managing the allocation of resources to complete assigned projects.br 5. Experience marketing services to clients, focusing on building backlog in pavements and asset management services, including exploring opportunities to team with larger AE firms.br 6. Experience providing leadership and overall management by mentoring staff, assigning work, and carrying out performance reviews.
