Candidates must have at least a Masters degree in Architecture or a related field and at least two years of professional experience working in residential and commercial design within the architecture industry. Must have at least two years of experience working on all phases of the architectural design process, from schematic design to construction administration. Must have at least two years of experience preparing architectural design plans and specifications for the interior layout of structural properties. Must have at least two years of experience inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with contract specifications and design plans. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp, and VRay. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
