Must have a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, plus 6 years of engineering andor project management experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, and demonstrated experience inwith Program Management in an engineeringoperations environment; Automotive APQP processes; PPAP; FMEA; Continuous Improvement ProcessModel; FailureRootcause analysis; Data analysis and reporting; SPC Statistical Process Control; DOE Design of Experiment; Process Mapping; AgileSCRUM; Minitab; Matlab; Visio; Power BI; Arena; IBM Rational Rhapsody; IBM Cognos; C Programming; ASPICE; My SQL Data Analysis Business Intelligence; and IATF TS16949 Internal Auditor.
