Masters degree or foreign degree equiv. in Business Administration, Finance, or closely related field, plus ten years of senior managerial experience in professional services, HCM, or benefits.br Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include each of the followingbr br 5 years of experience leading a 100MM PL within HCM or Benefits.br 5 years of experience managing a global budget and making the decisions necessary to ensure adherence to the budget in HCM, benefits or professional services.br 5 years of experience with responsibility for business units larger than 100 million in HCM, benefits or professional services.br 5 years of experience working with clients at a CSuite level, including influencing and navigating challenges, driving results, and managing relationships in terms of contract requirements in HCM, benefits or professional services.br 5 years of experience working with clients to understand short and long term goals in HCM, benefits or professional services.br 5 years of experience leading global colleagues and large projects and cross functional teams in HCM, benefits or professional services.br 3 years of experience of operational delivery within a large business in HCM, benefits or professional services.br 3 years of experience building a large global commercial organization, including the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in time sensitive situations in HCM, benefits or professional services.br 3 years of experience working with issues involving the connection between services and delivery in HCM, benefits or professional services.br br Position requires domestic travel approx. 25 to meet with teams, present to clients, and attend industry events.
