Employer will accept bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent in finance, accounting or a closely related field plus 60 months of experience in job offered or a position in private equity, including at least 24 months of experience with the debt market and in property finance alternatives.br br Must be able to understand and extract business terms from legal agreements.br br Must be proficient in Hebrew.br br Frequent travel to unanticipated property sites within the U.S. for assignments of various duration is required.
