Employer will accept a Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field followed by seven years of experience in the job offered or seven years of experience in a Senior Director, Business Developmentrelated occupation. Experience must includebr 1 Developing business cases for opportunities;br 2 Development of business development strategies that complement the longterm business strategy;br 3 Prioritization and judgement to focus on the right issues, opportunities and consider costrisk of decisions;br 4 Focusing externally to scan the landscape, understand markets and opportunities;br 5 Understanding and knowledge of clinical science, engineering and technology behind the creation of medical devices and its applications;br 6 Business judgement to develop the strategy;br 7 Financial experience to understand financial informationreporting and develop forecasts and valuation models;br 8 Coordinating efforts in multidisciplinary teams including RD, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, legal, operations, supply chain to conduct due diligence on MA and investments and coordinate postmerger integration efforts;br 9 Developing longterm partnerships and relationships;br 10 Managing written and verbal communications with multiple stakeholders, including Csuite senior executives, external business partners and investors;br 11 Negotiating agreements among many stakeholders for MA activities for mergers, acquisitions, investments, partnerships and strategic alliances; andbr 12 Prior experience in international organizations with an ability to develop global strategies and target global opportunities.br br Up to 25 travel required.
