Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience; OR a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.br br Of the required experience, must have 3 year of experience with the following Traffic analysis and simulation using traffic planning software platforms, including SYNCHRO, HCS, PTV VISSIM, Tableau, TransCAD, Cube, and GIS Software; Performing signal warrant analysis and traffic impact analysis per Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices MUTCD and NYC CEQR standards; traffic safety studies and pedestrian operations analysis for sporting events stadiums and arenas; develop, run, and maintain Excelbased spreadsheet models for toll road traffic and revenue forecasts; traffic data analysis for congested freeway corridors, dynamic tolling, and OD based tolling analysis; express lanes traffic and revenue forecasting; utilizing VBA for Excel, Python, R, and MySQL; and writing technical reports and memos using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.br br Must have a U.S. Professional Engineering license.br br Travel to various locations throughout the US is required up to 10.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
