THIS POSITION REQUIRES A MASTERS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT, PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT, OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD, PLUS 1 YEAR OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERINGMANUFACTURING DEMAND PLANNING OR IN A CLOSELY RELATED OCCUPATION. REQUIRED EXPERTISEKNOWLEDGE OF 1. Experience in the manufacturing production arena in food processing with a knowledge of various seafood species and products. 2. Experience with flowchart software like lucid chart and Microsoft Visio. 3. Experience with material resource planning and sustainability in supply chain. 4. Understanding of hypothesis testing application to provide guidance to production control and provides a framework for making decisions related to business. 5. Experience with Management Operating systems, ERP packages, computer report generation and general computer database usage. 6. Experience supporting the implementation of ERP systems in the food processing industry. 7. Working knowledge of the American Production and Inventory Control Societys APICs Body of Knowledge to include operations strategy, transformation processes, competitive priorities, activitysystem maps and sustainability, ethics, and social responsibility, integration of suppliers, internal supply chains, and customer systems. 8. Knowledge in Food Safety. MUST POSSESS EXPERTISE KNOWLEDGE SUFFICIENT TO ADEQUATELY PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB BEING OFFERED.
