Ten 10 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation overseeing client management and negotiation in the reinsurance industry in the Latin American Region; utilizing reinsurance underwriting technical skills including international underwriting guidelines and local guidelines, pricing and evaluation of proportional and nonproportional treaties; leveraging Market Intelligence about the insurance market in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, including but not limited to having stablished relationships with key decision makers in insurance companies of the aforementioned countries; and managing reinsurance portfolio, balancing exposures and line of business distribution. 15 travel required internationally. Fluency in Spanish required. Telecommuting andor working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
